WHY CAN’T I GET IN?
Access ProblemsIf the ClubPinkels World isn't working, or you can't access the site then you should read through these Frequently Asked Questions.
I have a Flash or other technical problem what should I do?
If you have a Browser or a Flash problem then you should make sure you have downloaded the latest versions of both your browser and flash-player. Both are free! Mac-users should expect problems with the Safari browser. Please use Microsoft Internet Explorer or Firefox instead.
Why when I try to log-in does ‘Username or password is invalid’ appear'?
This is because your username and password are not recognised by our account verification system. Please re-enter your correct username and password again. It might also be possible that your account has been suspended and/or terminated due to administrative reasons. If you think this might be possible please contact administration@clubpinkels.com
How do I get a new password sent to me?
If you have forgotten your password or had your account stolen and YOU KNOW the email address on your account then you can use the Lost Password link to restore your own password.
In order to change your password manually go to the my details page after you are logged in with your caretaker username and password.
If you do not know all of the above information then you need to send us an email so we can try and help you.
What should I do if I cannot log into ClubPinkels?
There are a number of reasons why ClubPinkels may not work for you.
Your child might be banned - If you see a message popping up saying you have been denied access, wait one hour, then try again. If you still can't get in after 7 days, email us using banned@heforce.com.
Out Of Memory - Try restarting your computer. Also, make sure you don't have too many other browser windows/programs open when you try to use ClubPinkels.
Firewalls - If you have a firewall running on your computer or network, make sure you have specific ports opened on it, so that you may use ClubPinkels. Also make sure you haven't denied access to ClubPinkels by checking which programs are blocked from accessing the internet.
Caching - Your ISP may be keeping an old copy of our site on its servers, there isn't much we can do about this, but it will usually update in a few hours.
Black Screen - Do you click on ‘Login’ and all you get is a black screen. Most likely there is a problem with your Flash download. The best thing to do is go to download it again. When the download is complete re-install shockwave. Also make sure your browser accepts pop-ups from the ClubPinkels web site.
